MassBays' work focuses on estuaries in Ipswich Bay, Massachusetts Bay, and Cape Cod Bay, and is driven by our mandate as a National Estuary Program to identify and compile information about conditions and trends in the Bays. This information forms a strong scientific basis for management decisions at the local, regional, and state level, to ultimately improve the health of our estuaries and the livelihood of communities dependent upon them.
