REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The 2025 Gulf of Maine Monitoring & Research Symposium registration is NOW OPEN. The registration fee for the Symposium is $65. Student registration fee is $25.00. Registration closes on April 1. Presenters attend at no cost but are asked to please register.

• General and Student attendance fees are due at the time of registration. Please note that students must provide a current school email address. Please choose the GENERAL AND STUDENT REGISTRATION button below.
• Symposium Presenters are able to attend at no cost but are asked to please register as a PRESENTER below.
• Scholarship Applications. A limited number of scholarships are available to those who might not have the resources to travel to and participate in the Symposium otherwise, including students, Tribal members, and volunteers for community-based monitoring groups. Before registering, please submit an application using the SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION button below.  March 28, 2025,  is the last day for scholarship applications.
• Group Registration. If you have several staff/students that would like to attend, your organization can make one payment as a group.  Please have your staff/students use the registration buttons below.  Organization leaders please contact us here to request arrangements for group payment.
